About our founder
TJK Legal is a Pune-based law firm providing ethical legal services to individuals, businesses and institutions. The firm is led by Adv. Tanaya Joshi, who has completed her LL.B. and LL.M. from Savitribai Phule Pune University. With experience across litigation, legal drafting and legal advisory over the past years, she is committed to making the legal process simpler and more accessible for her clients. Her approach is focused on listening carefully, understanding each client's concerns and offering legal advice in a manner that is easy to understand.
Adv. Tanaya Joshi has also completed a certification in Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). In addition to advising on POSH compliance, she conducts POSH awareness and sensitisation sessions for organisations to create a safer and respectful workplace.
